Dr. Sarabadani is an experienced manager, consultant, and trainer in both Agile and Waterfall project settings at scale. He has led many multidisciplinary projects from various industries to success and has successfully helped many organizations to transform their teams into strong and collaborative delivery units. He is passionate about building innovative ideas and solving the most challenging industrial and organizational problems. He has successfully managed and delivered large-scale, state-of-the-art, and innovative projects. Dr. Sarabadani is experienced in working with diverse, cross-functional global teams at different levels and has proven experience in building collaborative strong teams. He is a board member and SMART adviser. Dr. Sarabadani holds a Ph.D. in Robotics from ETH Zürich, Switzerland, and has more than 15 years of experience in IT.
