Certified SMART Trainer

Certified SMART Trainers have the knowledge and experience to train all SMART roles with SMART courseware, coach teams, and support various stages of Agile transformation at any organization size, including different levels ranging from a project, program, and portfolio to any size. Certified SMART Trainers know all the SMART flavors to efficiently drive the Agile transformation to achieve true business agility and Agile way of working by, for example, avoiding seven forms of waste (e.g., by eliminating the late and lengthy big room planning) and using the resources and team pools optimally. A Certified SMART Trainer can make an organization's progress more powerful by welcoming dynamic changes at any time.
