1. Controller
SMART GmbH, Birkenstrasse 47, 6343 Rotkreuz, Switzerland (UID CHE-348.241.041; commercial register CH-020.4.070.149-3) is responsible for the SMART GmbH Ads Operator. Contact: info@scalingmicroagile.ch.
2. Scope and purpose
The SMART GmbH Ads Operator is a private internal application used only by SMART GmbH employees and authorised contractors to operate, measure and improve SMART GmbH’s own Google Ads account. It is not offered to customers or the public and does not access or manage third-party Google Ads accounts.
3. Google data accessed
Through the Google Ads API, the application may access SMART GmbH’s account identity and configuration, campaigns, budgets, ads, keywords, assets, conversion settings, performance metrics, API-visible search-term reports, recommendations, policy information and change history. It does not request Gmail, Google Drive, contact-list, payment-card or unrelated Google-account data.
4. How the data is used
- account and campaign audits, reporting and measurement;
- keyword planning and advertising asset workflows;
- campaign creation and management subject to SMART GmbH’s internal controls;
- conversion-tracking diagnostics, security and policy compliance.
Google data is not sold, used for third-party advertising, credit decisions or surveillance, or transferred for unrelated purposes.
5. Storage, security and retention
Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Credentials are protected in secure operating-system credential storage, data is minimised, and operational reports and audit records are retained only for as long as needed for account operations, security, compliance or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards protect data in transit and at rest.
6. Sharing
Data may be handled by authorised SMART GmbH employees and contractors, Google as the API provider, and service providers that are necessary to operate and secure the application. It may also be disclosed where required by law. All authorised personnel are required to respect confidentiality and applicable data-protection obligations.
7. Google API Limited Use
SMART GmbH’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
8. Your rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, you may request information, correction or deletion of personal data relating to you, or object to or restrict certain processing. Contact info@scalingmicroagile.ch. Because the application is internal, access can also be revoked by SMART GmbH’s administrator.
9. Changes
We will update this policy before materially changing how the application accesses, uses, stores or shares Google data.
